By accessing or using ChristmasMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

ChristmasMe is an AI-powered Christmas decoration design app that generates design concepts based on photos you upload. The App provides product recommendations and links to third-party retailers (such as Amazon). We do not sell physical products directly.

All design concepts, decoration ideas, and product recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. ChristmasMe makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Results may vary and are provided for inspiration purposes only.

We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with AI-generated designs, and no refunds are provided for AI design generation services.

By uploading a photo to the App, you grant ChristmasMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that image solely for the purpose of generating your design concepts. We do not sell or share your photos with third parties.

You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo you submit, and that the photo does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Personalized design sessions are offered at a flat fee of $300 USD. Payment is processed via our secure payment provider. Sessions are non-refundable once booked and confirmed.

ChristmasMe reserves the right to reschedule a session with reasonable notice. In the event we cannot fulfill a session, a full refund will be issued.

The App may link to Amazon and other third-party retailers. ChristmasMe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the products, prices, availability, or policies of any third-party retailer. Purchases made through third-party links are solely between you and that retailer.

The ChristmasMe name, logo, branding, and original App content are the exclusive property of ChristmasMe and its owners. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChristmasMe and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decoration outcomes, product purchases, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated designs.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree not to: (a) upload photos containing illegal content, nudity, or content that violates any law; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the App; (c) submit false reviews or misleading information; (d) use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission.

By submitting a review, you grant ChristmasMe the right to display it publicly within the App. We reserve the right to remove any review that contains offensive language, false information, or violates these Terms.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including uploaded photos and reviews. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Photos are stored securely and used only for design generation.

By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described herein.

ChristmasMe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
